Another day has come and gone, and she’s given it her all

She’s done her best to play her part in all things big and small.

She works hard every day, getting up before the sun

Her heart of gold keeps giving out wealth worth more than jewels

She gives tokens of encouragement in a world that can be so cruel.

She’s got a million-dollar-smile filled with warmth and grace

That takes away the debt of stress and leaves hope back in its place.

She doesn’t have her name in lights that flash fortune and fame

But those that get to know her are blessed to know her name.

A penny for her thoughts will leave you rich in wisdom,

They aren’t of her own, her mind’s focused on the Kingdom.

There are days she questions the value in what she says and what she does

But hearts like hers are priceless-treasured just because.
