About Me

Hey there! 

My name is Katie Jackson.  I am a small town girl who loves Jesus,  the outdoors, and writing.   I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for helping others and letting people know they aren't alone when facing hard things.  Ever since I was little, I have enjoyed putting my thoughts into words on paper.  The most important words I need to say are usually written. Like everyone, I have faced my share of "ups and downs" in life and my firm foundation has always been my faith.  I would classify myself among the category of "deep thinkers" which at times causes my mind to spin and anxiety to sneak in. As I learn to manage my own “mind games,” I am learning more and more about the confidence and comfort we can find in Christ and in His Word. He sees us and loves us more than we could ever imagine. I pray that this blog helps you lean in to choose bold faith along with me. This blog is simply an expression of my own experiences and what God has been showing me along the way.
